A+ Program

The A+ School Program benefits Greenville High School students in many ways. New technology has been added to many of our classrooms. Students explore careers and can make informed decisions regarding their plans for the future. Greenville High School is a designated A+ School. Students meeting the A+ criteria may receive tuition assistance from the State of Missouri at a state sponsored community college or technical school.

Complete details about the A+ Program are contained in the A+ Student Manual. This manual is distributed with the blank A+ Agreement. You may obtain these and other information from the A+ office.

Student requirements for A+ tuition assistance include:
• Sign a written agreement with the school.
• Attend a designated A+ school for the three (3) years prior to high school graduation.
• Graduate from high school with a cumulative grade point average of 6.875 points or higher on an 11-point scale.
• Have at least a 95% attendance record for a four-year period.
• Perform fifty (50) hours of unpaid tutoring or mentoring at school.
• Maintain a record of good citizenship and avoidance of the unlawful use of drugs and alcohol.
• Score proficient on the Algebra I EOC.
